Louisville Law does not have the resources or the desire to provide a comprehensive guide to the law or law links for the other states.  However, we can provide you with links to some of the better law portal sites which address a multitude of subjects organized by state.

• ALI - American Law Institute Web Site
• California Case Law
  Findlaw, in partnership with AccessLaw, provides free access to California court opinions from 1934 to present. Search by keyword, citation, party name, or docket number. Or, browse recent decisions by date; or browse individual volumes of the official reporters. While case law via this service contains helpful jump citations to the official reporter, it should not be considered an official source of California case law.

  This Cornell LII site offers links the federal constitution, state constitutions, federal and state statutes, pending legislation, and codes. Follow this path for a topical arrangement of state statutes.
• Delaware Corporate Law Clearinghouse
  Widener University School of Law teams with Stanford University of School of Law and the Delaware Court of Chancery to provide this database of briefs, complaints, opinions and settlements of the Delaware Court of Chancery.  The site supports keyword searching.   Documents appears in portable document format (.pdf), which requires use of the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Federal Preemption of State Laws Research Project
• Full-text State Statutes and Legislation on the Internet
  Connect to this concise research guide to locate hypertext references to state statutes and pending legislation.  The author of this resource updates the information frequently making it one of the best sources of this information on the 'Net.
• Insurance Law Summaries Organized by State (AMBEST)
• Lawyers Weekly Treasure Chest of Important Documents
  This fee-based resource offers current court opinions, ethics opinions, briefs, court rules, legislation, and other legal documents from Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Virginia.

  Offers free case law, legal forms, and a legal sites guide. Find selected federal and state cases covering the past five years as well as a complete collection of U.S. Supreme Court opinions. Researchers may retrieve relevant decisions by citation or by keyword queries
• Multistate: State Legislative Presence on the Internet
  MultiState Associates Incorporated offers this no nonsense chart of official state legislative information.
• Municipal Codes
  • Municipal Codes From Municipal Code Corporation. Many city codes available.
  • Municipal Codes Online In an effort to make municipal codes throughout the nation more accessible to the public, Seattle Public Library staff have prepared this list of links to city and county codes available for unrestricted searching on the World Wide Web.
  • E-Codes
    General Code Publishers offers numerous municipal codes in folio infobases. Most are from cities and counties in the northeastern United States.

  The PEW Center on the States operates Stateline.org, a state news site.  Issues include health care, welfare reform, taxes, budget, education, utility deregulation, campaign finance, and Y2K.
• States Inventory Project Information on state infrastructure and demographics.
• Uniform Laws Commission Web Site
  • Final Acts A list of Links to the various uniform acts as finalized without state amendments/changes
• U.S. State & Local Gateway Federal interagency project that provides information in a number of topical areas of interest to state and local governnment employees.

  Cyburbia, formerly the Planning and Architecture Internet Resource Center, offers an extensive list of zoning codes on the Web.
