Divorce
Going through a divorce is not easy. And we know that. Adding the Court system makes it even harder. Many Kentuckians are unsure of how to proceed with a divorce and are not fully aware of all their options. Our goal is to make the process as painless as possible. We ensure your legal needs are taken care of and remove the as much stress, anxiety, and fear as possible while legally separating from your spouse. Our knowledgeable divorce lawyers have the experience, work ethic, and compassion to help you navigate these tough times.

Child Custody/Parenting Time
In the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Courts may award joint or sole custody. There is a presumption under Kentucky law that the parents should share joint custody. In considering any child custody or parenting time decision, the Court will analyize the best interests of the child(ren). We will ensure you are fully informed as to what the Court considers and will work towards a resolution that works for you, but more importantly, protects your child.

Child Support
Both parents have an obligation to provide financial support for their children. Kentucky law requires numerous factors to be considered when calculating child support, including, the income of both parents and expenses of the child(ren) i.e. childcare, health insurance. Child support can  be paid via wage assignment, by making payments directly to the parent receiving child support, or through the Kentucky Child Support Enforcement Office. Our office is ready, willing, and able to assist you in all your child support needs.
